Boggy Bayou Mullet Festival, Niceville FL
One of the South’s most celebrated festivals. The mullet is a fish that inhabits our local waters. Mullet are a vegeritian fish, they think they can fly always jumping and they are the only fish that have a gizzard like a chicken. Local fisherman catch them with cast net’s. Fresh fried they are delicious. The seafood festival starts on Oct 17-19. More than 40,000 hungry mullet fans will consume up to 10 tons of this humble fish this weekend. There will be all types of food including seafood, international, Cajun, good old country cooking and my favorite boiled peanuts. The festival caters to families with great shopping, hand crafts, youngsters entertainment, clowns, Army Ranger reptile exhibit and Big name entertainment. Headliners this year are Sara Evans, Rodney Atkins, and Jason Aldean. Over the last few years I have seen Rick Springfield, Dixie Chicks, Billy Rae Cirus, Kenny Rogers, Travis Tritt, Lone Star, and Rascal Flats. Niceville (nice village) is a small town with a big heart. It is located just 5 miles north of Destin, FL. {I have never watched property programmes. I watch Property Ladder, because I feel it?s very rude for a director to work very hard on a programme and you can?t be bothered to even watch it. So I do watch it, but I have to turn away when I?m on screen. It?s quite unpleasant seeing myself up there.|Energy efficiency should be on the priority list for all home improvement work these days. Canny builders will be able to provide homeowners with energy efficient measures which help them to save money and the planet.|Don’t stretch yourself too much with a mortgage. Buy within your means.. it’s not worth the sleepless nights.|I kind of hate to be the voice of doom, but I just can’t see how prices can’t go down. I think people have actually forgotten that property prices can decrease. We must continually reinvent ourselves, responding to changing times with innovative new business models.|Today the strategies of many companies in the real estate industry are premised on low interest rates, an assumption that has resulted in the rapid expansion of the real estate securitization business. This trend could be regarded as a risk factor, as it exposes the real estate sector to at least three potential problems: first, interest rate hikes; second, revisions to securitization business accounting standards; and third, overheating in the real estate market.|By using vertical space more effectively, you not only make more room for greenery but shorter commutes also mean less pressure on CO2 emission problems and by freeing up time now spent on unproductive commuter trains, people would have more options in their lives.|The disadvantages of a decentralized, spread out urban area are tremendous, and the environmental damage of urban sprawl cannot be ignored. It’s artistic, from my standpoint, and I just love real estate.|Every day, you’ll have opportunities to take chances and to work outside your safety net. Sure, it’s a lot easier to stay in your comfort zone.. in my case, business suits and real estate.. but sometimes you have to take risks. When the risks pay off, that’s when you reap the biggest rewards.|Well, real estate is always good, as far as I’m concerned.|I made a tremendous amount of money on real estate. I’ll take real estate rather than go to Wall Street and get 2.8 percent. Forget about it.|I always felt very secure and very safe with real estate. Real estate always appreciates.|I’ve never lived in a building without my name on it.|The property boom has made us all feel wealthy, but unfortunately it has lulled many of those nearing retirement into a false sense of security.|I have developer’s disease. I love to sit at a drafting table and draw plans for hotels, wrestling with problems of traffic and the flow of people. That’s what turns me on.|I’ve always been called a professional opportunist, and in the future I’m open to anything. We’ve spent a lot of time offshore, looking at opportunities in real estate outside the United States.|The question is not do you take money out of stocks and put it into real estate, or the reverse. There’s so much money out there looking for a home. I don’t think it’s either/or.|Interest rates are going to go up because employment is going to go up. If employment goes up, then our apartments get filled. And if employment goes up, our office buildings get filled. The reality is that increased economic activity combined with increased interest rates is basically bullish for real estate.}

It’s a very roomy three bedroom home with a deck and all the trimmings. Best part about this place is that it has a mother in law suite with a separate entrance. The suite has its own kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. So you could pay your mortgage by renting it out, while still having a place to call your own. I?m thinking about apply for another credit card when I already have four
I have four credit cards and all with zero balances.The thing is, they all have high rates. I?m going to school and applied for student loans but those only cover my tuition and I need something for living expenses. I have money saved up and my boyfriend is helping me in the meantime but his work isn?t stable. It only goes by projects. If there are no projects, there is no work. I wanted to apply for another credit card to hold onto incase of emergencies but want a low interest rate since income is very little. I was thinking of applying at navy federal becasue they have cards as low as 7.9 and if anything would vary up to 14.65. My credit cards now are still way over 14%. My score is 761. Great. The Emerald Coast is one of Gods mopst gorgeous creation’s. The white sand came from the quartz in the Appalachia Mountains.

Thank you. The Emerald Coast is a great Vacation get-away. Destin also has a seafood festival.
