Real Estate Business Plan 2009
I teach a real estate class on “How to Write Your Business Plan”. Real estate agents don’t plan to fail, they just fail to plan. With only a few days until the New Year it is now time to set your goals and write your 2009 business plan. If you would like a copy of the one I teach e-mail me or go to my web-site www.joingosouthern.com/newsite and I will make sure you get a copy. Surviving this market has a lot of agents and Broker’s freaked out. It has been a tuff year in a lot of markets. The full time, professional agents that take this job serious will survive and prosper next year. I love to fish and there is a saying “its time to either cut bait or fish”. How will you prospect? How many leads do you need to work? Where will you prospect? How many Open Houses? Write your plan, set your budget and stick to it. It works. I hope this motivates you and next year is your best year ever. Merry Christmas

Got on your website directly from Google Search as i was looking to know something about loan tips and if there can be any way to lower the interest rates. Read the whole article on your site and i must say that me and my husband loved reading your post. If you could please discuss or write about various ways to lower the interest rates in future it would be so nice. We bookmarked your website for future reference. Thanks alot – Lorena.

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

I would advise practising self-complacent marketing, let me explain. You can get a video professionally created for just about $47.00 97.00 (30-60 seconds) demonstrating your superior desk drawer slide. You can even prove how sweet it is to destruct your contenders and blast it around over 100 internet video sites for as little as $5.00 per site to be done manualy! You can get keyword search done for you professionally, keying the keyword words that will get you a decent amount of search volum, yes with duller competing pages. Thank you for this article! I’ve just received a decisively surprising portal about marketing Sample it!

Great advice and very true. One of the most important things bloggers, or any business, can do is try not to give up. Even when times are tough it’s important to be there for your readers and customers because they will remember you in a positive light once things get better and you will be rewarded for your efforts.
